The junior club trains regularly on Monday and Thursday nights, between 6.30pm and 8.00pm at; - Ryelands House

If you wish to have a look at what we teach, please feel free to attend and watch one of the sessions, don't be afraid to ask questions either, the first two sessions are free to newcomers. The sessions start with a warm up lasting 20 minutes , followed by line work for forty minutes, a short break and then the rest of the session is taken up with more technical drills, such as partner work, kata, or self defense exercises. Training can be undertaken in any loose fitting clothing at first, but purpose made suits (called a Gi) can be bought at most sports shops, or bought through the club for around £10 to £60 depending on the quality.

We also run specialist courses for members and non members, and advertise other courses that may be of interest. Please click on the link to see what's coming up;-
